Meet Julie
Hi, I'm Julie, and I'm passionate about helping women over 40 discover their inner strength and live their most vibrant lives. My journey began when I turned 45 and realized that the health and fitness advice I was finding online just wasn't speaking to me or my unique needs.
After struggling with hormonal changes, energy dips, and feeling disconnected from the fitness world, I decided to create a space where women like us could find real, practical guidance that actually works for our bodies and lifestyles.
After more than ten years working in clinical research, I founded Her Stronger Self to translate published research into plain language β a companion for women 40+ on this journey of transformation and self-discovery.
